What AI does
AI may prepare a business-description suggestion or help interpret selected Search Console evidence. It is used inside specific workflows—not as an autonomous authority over your business.
How suggestions are grounded
Prompts are built from approved business facts such as business name, category, description, offers and location. A Search Console-assisted suggestion may also use selected property, date range, query/page and performance measurements as evidence. Search measurements guide emphasis; they are not treated as business facts.
Safeguards in the product
- Structured output is checked before it becomes a suggestion.
- A suggestion must identify the approved fact keys and, where relevant, evidence references it used.
- Outputs that claim unsupported awards, reviews, certifications, locations, services, statistics, customers or rankings are rejected.
- Insufficient evidence produces an insufficient-context result rather than invented copy.
- Suggestions do not automatically publish a profile or authorize a sensitive external change.
OpenAI processing
The current provider is OpenAI’s API, called only from trusted server code. Relevant facts and evidence are sent to generate the requested output. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless an API customer explicitly opts in, and that default abuse-monitoring logs may retain content for up to 30 days. The operator must confirm its actual OpenAI organization data-control settings before final legal approval; this page does not claim Zero Data Retention.
AI can be wrong
Even grounded AI can misunderstand context, omit something important or produce unsuitable wording. Treat every suggestion as a draft. Check it against your records and professional obligations before approval.
