What does KnownSEO actually do?
KnownSEO checks how your business appears across search and AI, finds what is holding you back, and helps fix what it safely can. Rechecks begin when monitoring is enabled.
Do I need to understand SEO?
No. You have a business to run. KnownSEO explains the plain-English point first and shows technical details only when they are useful.
Will KnownSEO change my website without asking?
Not when a change needs your approval. Safe work is marked Done for you, prepared changes are marked Ready for approval, and anything only you can do is marked Needs your action.
Can you guarantee I’ll rank #1?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that. Rankings and traffic depend on many outside factors. If we say something changed, we will show you the evidence.
Does KnownSEO work with Google and AI search?
Yes. KnownSEO helps improve the business facts, profiles, listings and website foundations that support Google search visibility and AI visibility. Google Search Console can add first-party search data when you connect it.
What happens after my trial?
When live billing is enabled, your trial can continue as KnownSEO Pro for $29/month. If paid access ends, Pro work stops while account and data controls remain available.
Can I cancel myself?
Yes. When online subscription management is available for your account, Billing links you to Paddle’s secure portal. Your access continues through the applicable paid period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Canceling stops Pro work after the applicable paid period; it does not automatically delete your account or retained history. You can still use the account export and deletion controls.
Is my business information safe?
Your business information stays private until you choose what to publish. Sensitive credentials stay on the server, and connected services can be revoked.
Does KnownSEO work without Search Console?
Yes. Search Console adds first-party Google search data when available, but the core business, visibility and online-presence checks do not depend on it.
How does AI use my business information?
AI helps organize and analyze information inside specific KnownSEO workflows. It must not invent business facts, and connected-service secrets are not included in customer-visible prompts or pages.
