What does KnownSEO actually do?
It builds a reliable understanding of your business, checks how it is represented online, prepares practical improvements, handles bounded work safely, asks for approval where necessary and keeps monitoring afterward.
Is this just SEO software?
No. Search visibility is part of the work, but KnownSEO also improves the facts, profiles, citations, website foundations and evidence that help people and AI-powered tools understand a business.
Does KnownSEO change things without permission?
Sensitive public changes require approval. The product clearly separates safe bounded work, work ready for approval and tasks that still need the owner.
Can it guarantee rankings?
No. Rankings and traffic depend on many outside factors. KnownSEO makes evidence-based improvements and reports what actually happened without guarantees.
What happens after the trial?
When live billing is enabled, a qualifying trial can continue as monthly Pro according to the billing terms. If entitlement ends, premium ongoing work stops while account and data controls remain available.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access through the applicable paid period, then premium work stops. Founding pricing depends on continuous subscription and is not held after cancellation.
Can I delete or export my data?
Authenticated account settings provide export and explicit deletion-request controls. Connected services can also be revoked.
Does it work without Search Console?
Yes. Search Console adds first-party search evidence when available, but the core business, discoverability and presence workflows do not depend on it.
Is it only for small businesses?
It is designed first for ordinary business owners managing one business. It is not currently positioned as an agency or enterprise administration suite.
How does AI use my business information?
AI helps structure and analyze information within controlled product workflows. It must not invent business facts, and connected-service secrets never belong in client-visible prompts or pages.
